Sesame spinach with shrimp

  • 2 El sesame seeds
  • 1 onion
  • 200 g young spinach
  • 5 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp red wine vinegar

  • pepper
  • 1 red chili pepper
  • 4 peeled shrimps, (ready to cook, 25 g each)

  • Simple
  • Roast 2 tablespoons of sesame seeds in a pan without fat. Halve 1 onion and cut into strips. Pick out 200 g of young spinach, wash and drain well.
  • Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a pan. Braise the onions until translucent and sprinkle with 1 tsp of sugar. Deglaze with 2 tbsp of red wine vinegar. Mix in the spinach and let it collapse briefly on medium heat. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Carve in 1 red chili pepper several times. Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a pan. Fry and salt 4 peeled shrimps (ready to cook, 25 g each) with the chilli pepper on each side for 2 minutes. Sprinkle the spinach with sesame seeds. Serve sesame spinach drizzled with prawns and 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
